Beer

BEER

We began with a focus on producing a small portfolio of unique beers with an emphasis on blending and non-traditional styles. Over time, our core brands have evolved and given birth to new beers, each developed with an agonizing attention to detail and months of experimentation. With each new beer that we develop comes a story, our team, our community and our passion to make a product that is beautiful and refined is reflected in every one of these beers. We hope that you enjoy drinking them as much as we enjoy making them.

Philosophy

PHILOSOPHY

We are constantly changing, growing and maturing throughout our lives; we want that to be reflected in our beer and to explore the evolution of these brands as time changes them.

Dyad

DYAD

Kombucha Brett Saison

ABV: 7.5%
MALT: Pilsner, Honey, Oats, Acidulated
HOPS: German Magnum
YEAST: Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus

Dyad is our Kombucha blended brand, and a ongoing collaboration with Rowdy Mermaid Kombucha brewery in Boulder, CO. We love the funky, sour and refreshing flavors found in kombucha, and seek to combine them with their counterpoints in farmhouse style ales. Dyad is our mark for collaboration, the relationships that elevate who we are and carry us forward, and the people who help us become our best selves.

East Coast Transplant

EAST COAST TRANSPLANT

Vermont-Style DIPA

ABV: 8.5%
MALT: Pearl Malt, Honey Malt, White Wheat, Sucrose
HOPS: Warrior, Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra
YEAST: English Ale Yeast

East Coast Transplant is a throwback to our roots and a celebration of our migration to Colorado. We abide by the saying “I’m not a native, but I got here as fast as I could”, and we bring with us some brewing culture that we are excited to share. The beer is styled after some of the famous DIPAs of the northeast U.S., it’s absurdly hoppy, hazy as hell and incredibly smooth to drink. Complex and pungent notes of peach dominate the nose, while juicy tropical fruit, full bodied mouthfeel and subtle sweetness round out the flavor. Get it fresh and enjoy slowly.
